Agent Concerns

At its core, a concern is a folder containing a CONCERN.md file. This file includes metadata (such as name and description) and structured runtime definitions—such as concern, joinpoints, pointcuts, advice, triggers, and verification rules—that tell an agent how to operationalize a specific concern. Conserns can also include scripts, skills, reference materials, templates, and other supporting resources.
